1. Refund Policy
No refunds will be given after 60 days for any reason. Returns, Defects and Missing shipments must be requested within 30 days of shipment. Refunds for returns will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise in resalable condition. Refunds for Defects or Missing Shipments will be refunded when the issue is investigated and resolved.
2. Products, Content and Specifications.

All items purchased from www.birdiesandbeer.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
